Orders are shipped out directly from our domestic & international warehouses as following:
For Express delivery please allow an estimated 4-7 business days for your order to arrive (orders are shipped from the US).
For Standard delivery please allow an estimated 2-6 weeks (this varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs.
IF not shipping selection appears as an option on the product page, it is considered as standard delivery.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, they may arrive at a different time and different packages.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Custom and Taxes
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please e-mail us using our contact form with your order number and the reason for changes or cancellation within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
At this time NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are available. All sales are final.
